Technology matters only when it makes people better at what they do.
I studied Aerospace Engineering not only because I wanted to build rockets, but to learn how to break down complex challenges and solve them.
In 2017, I co‑founded Stratolloon - a startup born from a European Space Agency competition - together with Alex Caballero. Our objective wasn’t merely to utilize satellite data for its own sake, but to address a genuine need: to provide clients, such as insurance companies and climate-related industries, with easy access to accurate, accessible, and actionable environmental and geo-intelligence insights. With this purpose we joined programs like EIT Climate-KIC, garnered recognition from the European Commission, ESA, Indra, and Banco Santander, and ultimately lead to the company’s exit in 2021.
This journey taught me how to balance vision, technology, and user needs while keeping business goals front and center.
After that experience, I worked as a consultant in data and innovation, helping organizations across finance, retail, and logistics move past the “more dashboards” syndrome and actually make decisions that improved operations and outcomes. I also mentored startups in international programmes, supporting founders as they navigated product-market fit and built products people actually wanted.
Today, as Head of Product & AI at GPTadvisor, I lead the strategy behind our generative-AI products for financial institutions.
Whether working in aerospace, analytics, or AI for finance, my focus remains the same: identify the real problem, design a meaningful solution, and scale it with the right technology at the right time.
